Announcement: Accessories Goods Category for Shipping

Following several incidents of loss involving high-value accessories (some even worth more than a mobile phone), as of 14 September 2007 we divide the accessories category into 2, namely the accessories rate and the mobile phone rate:

1. Accessories in the accessories rate category: Casings, Battery Covers, Chargers, Handsfree, Phone Straps, Phone Stands, Printed CDs
2. Accessories in the mobile phone rate category: LCDs, Phone Frames, Spare Parts, Bluetooth, Infrared, Computer Spare Parts, Memory Cards, Data Cables. For the accessories rate category, the maximum compensation is Rp 400,000/kg

If you want to receive maximum compensation, regular accessories can be shipped using the mobile phone rate.

To identify whether a shipment uses the accessories rate or the mobile phone rate, the codes are as follows:
ACC:
accessories shipment; ACC +:
accessories shipped at the mobile phone rate; HP:
mobile phone shipment. Customers can ask our staff to write the code in the Goods Description column of the STT sheet.

Customers using bill-to-recipient (tagih tujuan) payment are asked to inform their customers in each area so that it does not become a risk for the sender.

The purpose of this announcement is to simplify the claims process in the event of loss, so that the working relationship between Sentral Cargo and its customers remains good.
