Subject: Ban on Shipping Tablet Batteries

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, we would like to thank your company for its trust in sending packages/documents through Sentral Cargo throughout Indonesia.

Based on the latest airline regulations, we hereby inform Sentral Cargo customers that shipping tablet batteries with cable ends (pictured below) is prohibited, because they are classified as dangerous goods that can cause explosions and fire hazards on aircraft and may be subject to criminal penalties for endangering flight safety. If such goods are found in a shipment during X-ray screening at the airport in the future, they will be confiscated by the airline, and the consequences (criminal prosecution and a minimum fine of Rp 25 million) will be the responsibility of the sender, as it will be deemed that explosive goods were sent intentionally.

We hope this information is understood.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
