First of all, we would like to thank you for the trust and opportunity you have given us by always using our parcel shipping services throughout Indonesia.

The floods that hit several villages in Blitar and Malang Regencies on Monday, 17 October 2022, and are still being monitored today, have inundated the Trenggaleng - Tulungagung, Blitar, and Malang roads. According to data from the East Java Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), there are 13 flood-affected points spread across 5 districts in Blitar Regency, namely: Binangun District, Panggungrejo District, Sutojayan District, Wonotirto District and Wates District. Several areas cannot be reached due to floods and landslides, such as: Kec. Dampit Kel. Sukodono, Kec. Ampelgading Kel. Lebakarjo, Kec. Sumbermanjing wetan Kel. Sitiarjo, Dampit District, Kec. Ampelgading and Kec. Sumbermanjing.

Therefore, on behalf of Sentral Cargo Management, we apologize and ask for the understanding of all Sentral Cargo customers for the delays in deliveries to these areas.
