Subject: Shipping Price Increase as of 3 October 2018

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, we would like to thank your company for trusting Sentral Cargo to ship your parcels or documents throughout the archipelago.

We hereby inform you that all airlines have increased their Air Waybill (Surat Muatan Udara) prices due to the rise in aviation fuel (Avtur) prices, effective 1 October 2018. It is therefore with a heavy heart that we inform you that as of 3 October 2018, Sentral Cargo will also increase its shipping prices (land destinations are not affected by the price increase).

Therefore, on behalf of Sentral Cargo management, we ask for the understanding of all Sentral Cargo customers regarding this increase. We hope this is understood and does not affect the good partnership we have built so far.
