Subject: Shipping Price Increase Effective 7 December 2018

Dear Customers,

First of all, we thank your company for entrusting Sentral Cargo with shipping your packages or documents throughout Indonesia.

We hereby inform you that, due to another increase in the price of Air Waybills (Surat Muatan Udara) from airlines, effective 1 December 2018 (news attached), we regret to announce that on Friday, 7 December 2018, Sentral Cargo will also adjust its prices again for air destinations, while there will be no price adjustment for land destinations.

Therefore, on behalf of Sentral Cargo management, we ask for the understanding and forgiveness of all Sentral Cargo customers for these repeated price adjustments, and we hope this will be the last one. We hope this is understandable and does not affect the good partnership we have built so far.

Thank you for your attention to this information.

We are grateful for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Sentral Cargo Management
