Subject: Shipping Rate Increase as of 24 April 2017

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, we would like to thank your company for its trust in sending packages/documents through Sentral Cargo throughout Indonesia.

Based on an official letter from Citilink airline (attached), effective 14 April 2017 it no longer accepts shipments containing Lithium Batteries (including Power Banks, Mobile Phones/Tablets and Laptops). As a result, the only airline that can carry these goods is Garuda Indonesia, at a higher shipping rate.

We therefore regret to inform you that the shipping rate for Electronics will increase by Rp 2,000 (Two Thousand Rupiah) as of 24 April 2017. For land shipments and accessories, prices will not increase.

On behalf of Sentral Cargo Management, we ask for the understanding of all Sentral Cargo customers regarding this increase. We hope this is understandable and does not affect the partnership that has been well established so far.
