Subject: Closure of Air Cargo Shipping Routes

Dear Customers,

First and foremost, let us give thanks for God's blessings upon us all. We, the Sentral Cargo Management, would also like to thank all loyal Sentral Cargo customers, namely your companies, who have always shipped goods with Sentral Cargo freight forwarding via air, land and sea cargo to domestic destinations.

We, the Sentral Cargo management, hereby inform you that due to Covid-19 prevention measures, Air Cargo shipments to the following destination cities will be temporarily closed until further notice:

• Palu
• Padang

In addition, due to the reduction in air cargo transport, there will be shipping delays of about one to three days (1 - 3 days) for air cargo shipments to all regions of Indonesia. We apologize for any disruption to shipments and any inconvenience caused for shipments to Palu and Padang. We ask for the understanding of your companies who always use our shipping services. We hope this news does not affect our shipping cooperation or the good relationship we have built so far.

Thank you for your attention to this information.

Sincerely,

Sentral Cargo Management
