Regarding: Increase in Shipping Rates As of April 24, 2017

Dear,

First of all, we would like to thank you for trusting your company to send packages/documents via Sentral Cargo throughout the archipelago.

Based on an official letter from Citilink airline that starting April 14th 17 (attached) it is effective no longer accept shipments of goods containing Lithium Batteries (including Power Banks, Mobile/Tablets and Laptops). So now the only airline that can transport it is Garuda Indonesia with a higher shipping rate.

So it is with a heavy heart that we convey that there is an increase in the price of Electronic shipping rates as of April 24'17 by Rp. 2000 (Two Thousand Rupiah) for land delivery and accessories, the price does not increase.

Therefore, on behalf of the Cargo Sentral Management, we ask for the understanding of all Central Cargo customers with this increase. Hopefully this is understandable and does not affect the partnership that has been well established so far.
