Hereby we would like to reiterate regarding the replacement of goods by Sentral Cargo so that all customers feel safe and satisfied in sending their packages through us. The replacements provided by Sentral Cargo are as follows:
First of all, we would like to thank you for trusting your company to send packages throughout the archipelago through the Sentral Cargo Service.
* Cellphone price of 3 million and above, replacement of damaged boxes is IDR 100,000. As for the claim for this damaged box, it must be witnessed by our employees in their respective destination areas and a signature from our officer for the report on this damaged box. CLAIMS LIMIT:
* The price of cellphones is 2-3 million, replacement of damaged boxes is Rp. 75,000
* Price for mobile phones is 1-2 million, replacement of damaged boxes is IDR 50,000
* Cellphone price of 1 million and below, replacement of damaged boxes is Rp. 25,000
Thus our explanation, I hope our explanation can be understood.
The claim limit for replacement of lost goods is 1x 24 hours since the goods are received by the recipient in the area.
